- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm a person who really enjoys roast beef and BBQ'd steaks. Rib eye steaks and prime rib roast are two favorites. Upon completing a steak or roast dinner in the past, I would always find myself in a bloated uncomfortable experience, even if I took care toward not overeating. At about 2 or 3 A.M. I would find myself in the cabinet, taking extra strength tums so as to relieve sleep wrecking acid indigestion. After trying this Piedmontese Beef, I found that I could eat a relatively large serving and feel great after the meal, as a matter of fact, lively, active and not bogged down with any bloating experience whatsoever. I have a full night sleep without interruption and feel great in the morning. I haven't yet mentioned that the flavor, tenderness and fat levels in the meat are superior. I don't buy any other meats or sausages now, and am convinced that the feed lots which supply beef to most stores are really doing a number on the beef for faster bucks. It's great to have a supplier and meat plant which concerns themselves with the quality and health value of the meats.By Ken Trudgeon, September 06, 2016
